  1. Just want to let you know that, as part of organized labor, many of us will be standing with you if you should go on strike.
Your cause is noble and as a parent of three and a grand parent of three more, I value teachers above ALL OTHER professions. We will have your backs!

  2. My son is starting kindergarten this year and I am supporting teachers with this fight, our kids need smaller class sizes. If you do go on strike we will be supporting you every step of the way.

  3. How can parents/students show their support? Are you encouraging people to come down and walk with you? As the mother of a soon to be 7th grader and one getting ready for Kindergarten in a bit, I support you and want to help!! Thank you for all that you are doing for my children.

  4. Thank you. If we do not get word from the bargaining team that there is reason for a membership meeting to ratify a contract before Tuesday evening, we will be on the picket lines Wednesday. You are more than welcome to join teachers on the picket lines. I am sure they will be thrilled to have parents join them.

    • would you please unsubscribe me?

I tried doing it a couple of times on your blog but it didnít seem to work.
